The nature and dynamics of teams have always fascinated me. In the world of construction, the team consists of many players: the design team, estimators, project managers, sub-contractors, the labor force, suppliers and municipal officials. And let’s not forget the clients, who provide ideas, critical decisions and funding that make the whole project go.

The way teams are assembled as often are the result of many chance events coming together, but however the team arrives, it can chose to seize the opportunity to reach its goals. Not one part of this team can work without the support of the other parts. Working and succeeding with these collaborative groups is where I find the most joy in my career.

Outside of work, I have a full life that includes being a husband, and the father of a 7 year old. I spend as much time as possible outdoors and I am always striving to improve and dedicate more time to my fitness and especially to my yoga practice.  Time with friends often includes cooking, listening to and playing music and sharing a few stories.
